Effects of a Glutathione Injection

A glutathione injection is sometimes administered to bolster the depleted levels of glutathione in the body.

Glutathione (also called GSH) is a protein compound synthesized in the body and is vital for maintaining good health.

It is a powerful antioxidant which helps the body fight adverse effects of pollution that affects air, water, and foods (junk as well as pesticide laden).

If unchallenged, these pollutants could cause considerable damage to the cells in the body which, in turn, could lead to the bodily systems failing in their functions. Glutathione is rightly called the ‘master antioxidant’ among various types of antioxidants in the body.

Glutathione GSH helps neutralize harmful free radicals, immune system boosters, detoxifies the body, and helps build and repair tissues. Lower levels of GSH adversely affects these functions; the deficiency is often treated by glutathione injections.

Glutathione Injection or Glutathione Supplement

Oral glutathione supplement can also be taken, but a glutathione injection will enter the blood stream and start working much faster then a supplement. Injectable glutathione is generally injected intravenously.

Some of the cells in the body break down the glutathione before absorbing the component into the cell. Once inside, the components are used to resynthesize the glutathione. Other cells can absorb the glutathione directly from the blood.

No other antioxidant is as important to overall health as glutathione. It is the regenerator of immune cells and the most valuable detoxifying agent in the body. Low levels are associated with early aging and even death.

While a glutathione injection benefits help get faster results as compared to oral glutathione supplements, serious consideration should be given as to the reasons one would take glutathione injections. As there is an extreme cost difference and possible side effects with injectable glutathione.

Glutathione Injection

With a glutathione injection the compound is available almost fully without any percentage of loss when you inject it; on the other hand most oral supplementation has to go through the digestive tract where a large percentage is lost due to action of stomach and intestinal juices, before the remaining portion, if any, finds its way into the blood stream hours after ingestion.

Until recently, science has been unable to formulate glutathione pills that allows the body to naturally increase the levels of glutathione in your body.

Scientists have now discovered a formulation that provides a unique composition of nutrients– enabling your body to produce optimal levels of glutathione naturally.

Sometimes glutathione is administered along with other antioxidants for synergistic action. Thus, one would find that glutathione injection benefits for glutathione whitening may also contain vitamin C. It is not surprising that there are many sites offering services for skin whitening and acne problems with injectable glutathione.

Some of the effects of glutathione include:

* Glutathione slows the aging process down
* Glutathione detoxifies the liver and improves its performance
* Glutathione is an immune system booster
* Glutathione reduces inflammation
* Glutathione increases your energy level
* Glutathione increases your concentration
* Glutathione increases recuperation and recovery from exercise
* Glutathione is your bodies master antioxidant

Intravenous glutathione injections have been used to treat Parkinson’s, Aids and cancer disease with remarkable results. The effects of glutathione injection has often been reported to start working within hours of administration.

Dr. Mark Hyman, M.D. is on OBAMA’s preventative medicine advisory board. See what he has to say about Glutathione.

Some of the patients suffering from kidney diseases have been found to have glutathione deficiency levels, exposing them to harmful effects of free   radicals; increased glutathione helps raise the level and give the required protection against this disease and over 60 others.

One of the adverse effects of improper nutrition is the hardening of arterial wall (atherosclerosis) by free radicals in the blood. Increased glutathione has been found very effective in combating this effect because of its antioxidant properties.

A glutathione supplement taken orally is safe for use and is not known to induce any side effects. No one is allergic to glutathione and an overdose    is unheard of. In conclusion, there are no glutathione side effects when taken orally as a natural supplement.

Glutathione Injection Side Effects

There have been reports that continued glutathione injection may have some side effects and as with other injections, medical supervision is advised when opting for any treatment using glutathione injections.

Glutathione Injection

It has been widely heralded for its importance for good health and long life. Without the protection of glutathione, cells die at a faster rate, making people age quicker and putting them at risk for toxin induced diseases including cancer.

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for your question.

In North America you’ll only find IV glutathione in your local hospitals. Only way I’ve heard of obtaining it is through Asia.
You could try a Google search of a company called Alibaba.com. Don’t know anything about them, but they do have a website and they are offering it.

While an IV glutathione will certainly give you results quicker, MaxGXL will provide the same benefits over time.

    cheers,
    Jerry
